When was the last time you checked your roof? Incorrectly placed or damaged roof tiles can cause leaks in your properties, which can entail large costs for you as a property owner. Checking the roofs on your own can be difficult depending on accessibility and security restrictions. As a housing association or private property owner, it is therefore better to get help.

We at LUCO now offer a simple way to inspect your roof. By photographing the roof, you get a good overview of the current status and any need for measures. We carry out rooftop photography in Gothenburg with municipalities.

After the assignment has been completed, the association or the property owner receives high-resolution images of the roof of the properties included in the agreement. We also review the photos to see if we can spot any potential remedial action or need for deeper inspection and attach those comments.

Flying and photography can only be done when the weather conditions are good. We therefore carry out the assignments on our own without requiring your presence. When you send an assignment request, you receive a preliminary schedule of when the assignment can be completed.

Our drone pilots hold drone licenses in categories A1 and A3 and LUCO is a registered operator for drones with the Swedish Transport Agency with valid liability insurance.

In the case of requests for photography of other parts of the property and surroundings, the processing time may be longer if a dissemination permit from the Land Survey is required. A separate quote is made for these assignments.
