You have been a part of Planima as a co-owner and advisor for three years. Now you take an active step into the hot air and the daily business. Why?
– In my role as an investor and advisor for many different companies, I mainly work with larger strategic issues. But I love to roll up my sleeves and be involved. After all, I am an entrepreneur and passionate about technology that makes a difference for customers.
– This is a really good chance to get closer to reality and see if my toolbox for Customer Success really works. It’s easy to lose touch with the market if you only sit in Zoom meetings with founders!
– Planima is also a fantastically fun company. Many companies in the same phase want to grow quickly but neglect basic things. The gang at Planima doesn’t. The team is aware of what they are doing, recruits senior and makes sure to do it right from the start. It is attractive to me and others who have chosen them over more well-known employers.
