Kvibergs Park, Gothenburg. 9 min to the center by tram. You can get here easily by car, there are parking spaces outside and inside the underground garage.
There will be a photographer and videographer present on both days of the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the photographer on-site.
A guarded cloakroom is available at the fair.

Pets are not allowed into the Prioritet Serneke Arena. However, this does not apply to guide dogs.

Information about the fair
When you register, a confirmation is sent to your provided email address. Please bring this confirmation, preferably digitally, and show it at the entrance. Once verified, you’ll receive a name badge from the entrance staff called a Smart Badge, which serves as a digital business card. For more details, see the section titled “Your Smart Badge – Your Digital Business Card.”
When you registered for FastighetsMässan, you received a confirmation email with a barcode. Please have this confirmation available when you arrive at Prioritet Serneke Arena.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive your printed Smart Badge, which acts as your digital business card throughout the event. It displays your name, company, and job title as provided during registration.
To gather information or connect with exhibitors, simply touch your badge to the “Touch & Collect” readers in their booths. After the fair, you’ll receive a summary email of your interactions—simple and digital!

If you are unable to attend, there’s no need to cancel your registration. However, if you’ve signed up for any workshops or breakfast seminars, please contact us so that your spot can be given to someone else.
FastighetsMässan is a strictly professional trade fair, exclusively open to professionals from the private sector and public institutions. The minimum age requirement is 18 years, and students are allowed to visit day 2.
Entrance ticket
No, entry to the fair is free for you in the industry. Note, however, that some courses and in-depth seminars may cost money.
Program
No, you do not need to register for lectures. However, pre-registration may be required for certain courses and in-depth seminars.
No, we do not offer any digital lecture materials, either during or after the event.
