How do we ensure the quality of the fair?
FastighetsMässan is designed according to the industry’s needs. Our recurring focus areas are the interior and exterior of the existing property. We annually introduce a new focus area in line with the industry’s development. We do this in close cooperation with the members of our Advisory Board.

Robert Norin is operations manager at Wallenstam in Stockholm with extensive experience in the property industry.
Teresa Mattisson
Sustainability manager, Klövern & Corem
Long experience in the energy and property industry with roles such as sustainability manager, sales manager, administration manager and project manager with a focus on sustainable business, business development, market and communication.
Anne Håkansson
AI expert, docent and professor of computer science, KTH Sweden and UiT
Anne Håkansson is associate professor in computer science at KTH Sweden and professor in computer science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, UiT Arctic University of Norway. Anne Håkansson works with cyber-physical systems, CPS, in the transport sector, Industry 4.0 and Smart cities.
Robin Rushdi
Entrepreneur and founder, Vakansa
Robin Rushdi is the founder of the company Vakansa – a platform that makes it easier for property owners, tenants, associations, cultural life and civil society to find and co-use premises that are empty for parts of the day.
Robert Englund
CEO, ENG & LUND Fastighetskonsult
In 2019, Robert founded ENG & LUND Fastighetskonsult. The company facilitates and helps in all parts of property management. Everything from the technical, financial and organizational to create the best conditions. Robert’s great competence lies in both the analysis and implementation, where he has a lot of experience.

Since 2011, Evert has been active within Secor, which is the door group Daloc’s sales and installation chain in Sweden. Secor has participated in the Property Fair since the beginning!
Magnus Lindgren

Magnus Lindgren is a criminologist, Ph.D. in psychology and ex. police and manager within the police. He has worked at i.a. The Crime Victims’ Authority and the National Police Agency, as well as being a board member of the National Association of Crime Victims’ Shelters and chairman of the National Organization for Relatives of Victims of Violence (RAV).
