Sweden’s largest public housing company has made a complete turnaround in how they take care of their property portfolio. It is Svenska Bostäder that is fundamentally renewing its strategy for maintenance and renovation of its approx. 27,000 apartments in the Stockholm region. This has resulted in the most comprehensive public procurement of maintenance systems ever made in Sweden. A procurement that led to a multi-year agreement with Planima.
